Mr. Borda practices law in the corporate and international business transaction areas. The focus of his practice primarily is to act as the general counsel to a number of small and medium automotive suppliers and to support the legal staff of large automotive manufactures and Tier 1 suppliers in their business transactions.
Mr. Borda began his career in the international section of Ford Motor Company’s legal staff and for a number of years he was located in Melbourne, Australia as the Staff Director of Legal Affairs of Ford Asia-Pacific, Inc. After leaving Ford, Mr. Borda was appointed as the General Counsel of an engineering services firm in Michigan. In 1985 he established his private practice of law and has been a partner in major Detroit area firms since then. He founded this firm in 1999 and is currently the managing member.
