Joe Lorenz practices in the field of corporate and purchasing law and specializes in automotive-related commercial matters and corporate transactions. The majority of his practice is focused on contract negotiations, corporate organization and planning, and the purchase and sale of business activities and interests.
Prior to co-founding Borda, Lorenz, & Geggie, Mr. Lorenz served as a member of Ford’s Office of the General Counsel, where he worked in the Tax Counseling and Corporate Transactions Practice Groups.
Mr. Lorenz’ legal practice has focused entirely on the automotive industry, and he benefits from the experience of having represented the interests of OEM’s and suppliers of all sizes in a wide variety of transactions.
