origin, race, gender, disability, religion, sexual harassment, Whistleblower’s Protection Act, Fair Labor Standards Act (overtime and minimum wage), payment of
sales commissions, violations of collective bargaining agreements, ERISA
employee benefit cases, Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Michigan Wage
and Fringe Benefits Act.

Hearings in the Michigan Department of Labor & Economic Growth, Michigan
Unemployment Insurance Agency, National Labor Relations Board, and other state and federal administrative agencies.
